Falafel Burgers

I love Greek food, especially falafels – yum.
We have this amazing Greek place in Houston – Niko Niko’s – I miss it.
So, when I ran across this recipe, I knew I had to try it out.

The ingredients are simple and the flavor is amazing.
I didn’t think my husband would be a fan, but shockingly – he loved it!
It’s now on the “make frequently” list.
