Today is my big sister’s birthday.
Having a big sister hasn’t always been easy.
We have a 4 1/2 year age difference and that is a weird gap apart.
By the time she was leaving a school, I was entering one.
We fought, a lot.
We still do sometimes, if I’m being honest.
BUT
I know she loves me.
She calls all the time to make sure my diabetes is in check.
Which is pretty awesome considering how busy she is…
She is the mom of 4 boys.
Yes, 4.
The truth is…I admire her.
I can’t even imagine having one child, let alone 4.
And not only, are they incredibly good looking…
(they must take after their Aunt Corey)
But she is managing to raise responsible, smart and kind young men.
That is a HUGE challenge in this day and age, if you ask me.
So, Happy Birthday AMBER.
I will enjoy a glass (or two) of wine in celebration of your birthday today!

My brother & I are 3.5 years apart but the way our birthday’s fall we were never in school together either. We fought a lot too. You & your sis look a lot alike!

I have a sister 3 1/2 yrs older and one 8 years younger !!! 2 older brothers, 1 is a year older the other 2 1/2years older, and one younger brother, he is 12 years younger!!! What a trip at my folks house growing up and now at Holidays!!!!!!!

I am with you on the sibling fighting on and off lol I guess it’s due to a huge age difference, I am 9 years younger than my little Bro! No kidding…not sure what they were thinking….he calls me Mom sometimes to piss me off lol. Btw, your nephews are too cute. Anywho have a good week!

What a family resemblance! Her boys are certainly adorable – I imagine 4 boys is a handful. I have four siblings, but we’ve got a huge range of ages – my only brother is 4 years younger than me, but my youngest sister is 18 years younger! My parents have more energy than anyone I know!
