It’s a beautiful day here on the island!
It’s also Wednesday, which means it’s WIAW.
I’ve been doing well with my clean eating – hooray!
Let’s check out the food, before we discuss the workouts.
It’s Love your Veggies month too – I rocked the theme, that’s for sure.
Time started eating: 8:20 am
breakfast: Ezekiel 7 grain muffin – whole, with smashed sweet potato and green onion
not pictured: vitamins, 5oz OJ
lots of tea water – ice tea and water w/lemon – 80 ounces
snack: 2 turkey sticks
lunch: Cabbage Lentil Soup, gluten free whole grain roll (np)
dinner: butter lettuce salad w/hearts of palm & Parmesan
turkey burger w/sautéed belle mushrooms, shallots and peppers
not pictured: sugar free mini peanut butter cup – 2
Time ended eating: 6pm
Time eating – Almost 10 hours
8 hour eating – FAIL
The 8 hour eating thing is harder than I thought.
I’m just trying it out for a bit to see what happens.
I also started using FitDay.com again.
I’ve mentioned this site before, it really helps you see how much and what kind of calories you’re eating.
Monday: Ab RipperX, 3 1:30 min planks, arm workout including new chin up routine
Tuesday: 60 min Aqua Jogging workout and 50 pushups
Today’s plan includes another 60 minute Aqua jogging pool workout and more planks
The hubby and I are doing well with sticking to our routine.
I’m sore, which means…it’s working!

I am, every year we watch the Oscars with yummy eats and guess the winners.
Can you do a chin up?
I conquered pull ups last yr and 2013 is the year of the chin up.
I currently cannot do any.
