Perfect Little PB Snack Balls

Last night, we enjoyed a fun dinner out with friends.
Then, Anya surprised us with these amazingly delicious peanut butter balls.
They were so good, I asked her to share the recipe with me.
Here ya go – trust me – you wanna make these this week!
Easy, healthy and a perfect little ball of protein and crunch.

Perfect Little PB Snack Balls
Recipe type: snack, dessert
 

Ingredients
  • ½ cup chunky peanut butter
  • 3 Tbsp flax seeds
  • 3 Tbsp wheat germ
  • 1 Tbsp honey or agave
  • ¼ cup powder milk

Instructions
  1. Combine dry ingredients first and then add in the honey and peanut butter.
  2. Mix well and roll into balls and finish by rolling into wheat germ.

I cook for my friends, a lot, I’m pretty sure they love it.
I also LOVE receiving food gifts!
