Last night, we enjoyed a fun dinner out with friends.
Then, Anya surprised us with these amazingly delicious peanut butter balls.
They were so good, I asked her to share the recipe with me.
Here ya go – trust me – you wanna make these this week!
Easy, healthy and a perfect little ball of protein and crunch.
- ½ cup chunky peanut butter
- 3 Tbsp flax seeds
- 3 Tbsp wheat germ
- 1 Tbsp honey or agave
- ¼ cup powder milk
- Combine dry ingredients first and then add in the honey and peanut butter.
- Mix well and roll into balls and finish by rolling into wheat germ.
